It is mandatory to report your continuing education hours to DPR when renewing your certificate or license. PAPA membership makes it easy to comply with this requirement and allows us to fully dedicate ourselves to your success.

Please note that PAPA is only able to track hours for those whose highest-ranking certificate or license is a QAC or QAL. We do not track hours for PCAs, Pilots, or Private Applicators.

All members, regardless of license type, are eligible for seminar discounts as long as a membership is active for the year in which the seminar takes place.

Membership Policies: Memberships are purchased on an individual basis — we do not offer company memberships. Membership must be paid before, or at the same time as, a seminar in order to receive the membership discount on the seminar. Discounts are then applied to the rest of the seminars attended in the calendar year. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. PAPA memberships are annual and cover hours tracking (for licensees whose highest ranking certificate or license is a QAC or QAL) from January 1st – December 31st of the respective year.
